What happens before the workshop?
We confirm the team's starting point, the tools people use, and the question or workflow worth exploring. For a standard private virtual session, the group can include up to 10 people. You do not need a polished AI plan, but a real example helps the session stay useful.
What happens during AI Foundations?
The two-hour AI Foundations workshop costs $750. The team learns what AI can and cannot do, practices writing clear instructions, checks an output, and discusses information that should not go into an unapproved tool. People can start as beginners.
What happens during AI at Work?
The three-hour AI at Work workshop costs $1,500. The team maps an actual process, chooses a useful application, works through an example, and identifies the owner, review point, and first test for a pilot.
What happens afterward?
Foundations provides shared understanding and practical starting points. AI at Work provides a prioritized use case and pilot outline. A workshop is training and planning, not a promise that a production workflow will be built during the session. If the team wants implementation, a done-for-you Workflow Build can be scoped separately.
