What are The Momentum Office's current prices?
The AI Working Session is $125 for 60 minutes and focuses on one question or task. The AI Workflow Assessment is $995 over about two weeks. A done-for-you Workflow Build starts at $2,500, with the final quote set after the workflow is scoped. The Monthly Operating Cadence starts at $1,500 per month.
Why are some prices fixed and others quoted?
The hour-long session and assessment have defined time and deliverables. A workflow build depends on the tools involved, handoffs, approvals, testing, and training. The proposal identifies those details and the final price before a build begins. Monthly support is also scoped to the operating work that needs attention.
What should I buy first?
If you have one immediate AI question, start with the working session. If you suspect the process itself needs work, the assessment maps the workflow and produces a prioritized plan. If you already know the workflow to build, discuss the done-for-you option. Teams that need a shared foundation can choose a two- or three-hour workshop instead.
Does Charlotte location change the price?
The published workshop prices apply to private virtual sessions, including for Charlotte teams. In-person delivery is quoted separately. Consulting can also be provided remotely outside Charlotte; the scope of the work, not a broad market average, determines the final quote for custom projects.
