Workshop pricing

How much does AI training cost for a small team?

What are the published workshop prices?

AI Foundations costs $750 for a two-hour private virtual session for up to 10 people. AI at Work costs $1,500 for a three-hour private virtual session for up to 10 people. Those are the current prices for the defined formats, not per-person fees.

If all 10 places are used, the fee works out to $75 or $150 per person respectively. The workshop price is the same if fewer people attend.

What does AI Foundations include?

It gives a small team a shared starting point: what AI can and cannot do, how to give a tool useful instructions and context, how to check outputs, and how to handle information responsibly. The goal is confidence and a few practical tasks to try, without requiring technical experience.

What does AI at Work include?

This session starts with your actual work. The team identifies promising uses, decides what needs AI, automation, or human judgment, and works through a relevant example. You leave with a prioritized use case and an outline for a first pilot, including ownership and review points.

When would the price change?

In-person delivery, a group larger than 10, or substantial customization is quoted separately. If you need a workflow audited before training, the AI Workflow Assessment is a separate two-week offer at $995. It is not required to book either standard workshop.

Which workshop should we choose?

Choose Foundations if the team needs a shared vocabulary and safe practice. Choose AI at Work if people know the basics and want to apply AI to a specific process. You can book them as a sequence if both steps would help. See the paid offer options and free introductory call if you would like to discuss the fit.
