AI Foundations vs. AI at Work: which workshop fits your team?

Who is AI Foundations for?

AI Foundations suits a team that is curious or uncertain about AI. In two hours, people learn what these tools can do, practice giving useful context and instructions, check an output, and discuss responsible handling of information. It costs $750 for a private virtual group of up to 10.

Who is AI at Work for?

AI at Work suits a team ready to focus on a business process. In three hours, participants identify useful applications, work through a relevant example, name what stays with a person, and outline a first pilot. It costs $1,500 for a private virtual group of up to 10.

What does each team leave with?

Foundations leaves the team with shared language, practical starting points, and guidelines for responsible use. AI at Work leaves a prioritized use case and a pilot outline with an owner and review points. Neither workshop promises a fully built automation; a Workflow Build is a separate service.

Can we do both?

Yes. A team can learn the basics first and then return with a real workflow to examine. That sequence can reduce confusion when skill levels differ. You can also book either workshop on its own. In-person sessions, larger groups, and substantial customization are quoted separately.

What if our question is only for one person?

The AI Working Session is a 60-minute one-on-one option for $125. It is open to anyone who wants to use AI for a business, a job, or everyday responsibilities. Bring one question or task and leave with a next step.
